Premiering today is the Starz original series Dangerous Liaisons created by Harriet Warner and starring Alice Englert, Nicholas Denton, Lesley Manville, Paloma Faith, Carice van Houten, Michael McElhatton, Nathanael Saleh, Kosar Ali, Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Hilton Pelser and Clare Higgins. The show’s original music is composed by Anne Nikitin (American Animals, The Dropout, Mrs. Wilson, Fate: The Winx Saga). Also premiering in the U.S. today is the BBC drama Mood created by Nicôle Lecky based on her Royal Court play and starring herself, Jordan Duvigneau, Paul Kaye, Jessica Hynes, Mia Jenkins, Mohammad Dalmar and Lara Peake. Bryan Senti (Lowriders, Save Me, Experimenter) has composed the show’s original music. EMI has released a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the show co-written and performed by Lecky. Hans Zimmer has been tapped to score the upcoming documentary Believer. The film is directed by Don Argott (Last Days Here, The Art of the Steal) and follows Imagine Dragons’ Mormon frontman Dan Reynolds as he is taking on a new mission to explore how the church treats its LGBTQ members with the rising suicide rate amongst teens in the state of Utah. Reynolds is also contributing two original songs to the movie. Heather Parry (Just Go With It, Gaga: Five Foot Two), Sheena M. Joyce (Batman & Bill) and Robert Reynolds are producing the project.
