The full details of the soundtrack album for the new feature adaptation of the Tony Award-winning stage musical Kiss of the Spider Woman have been revealed. The album features the songs from the film written by John Kander (music) & Fred Ebb (lyrics) and performed by cast members Jennifer Lopez, Tonatiuh, Diego Luna & others. Also included is the film’s score written by composer, arranger, conductor and pianist Sam Davis. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 3 by Lakeshore Records (click here to pre-order ). Two first tracks (Never You & Kiss of the Spider Woman) have already been released as digital singles over the last few weeks. A CD version will be coming out on November 21 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Kiss of the Spider Woman is directed by Bill Condon and also stars Josefina Scaglione, Aline Mayagoitia and Bruno Bichir. The movie follows a political prisoner who shares a cell and forms an unlikely bond with a window dresser convicted of public indecency who recounts the plot of a Hollywood musical starring his favorite silver screen diva. Mark Ronson has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original film Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew. The movie is written and directed by Greta Gerwig (Lady Bird, Little Women) and stars Emma Mackey, Carey Mulligan, David McKenna and Beatrice Campbell. The fantasy adventure is based on the sixth published (and first chronological novel) in C.S. Invada Records will release a soundtrack album for the Spanish/French drama Sirât. The album features the film’s original music composed by electronic music producer Kangding Ray. he soundtrack will be released digitally on October 1. Check back on this page for the pre-order link. Sirât is co-written and directed by Óliver Laxe and stars Sergi López, Brúno Nuñez, Stefania Gadda, Tonin Janvier, Joshua Liam Henderson, Jade Oukid and Richard Bellamy. The movie, which has been selected as Spain’s entry in the International Feature category for next year’s Academy Awards, revolves around a man who desperately searches for his missing daughter amid a roving raver community in the harsh southern deserts of Morocco.
