Nonesuch Records will release the official soundtrack album for the psychological drama After the Hunt. The album features selections of the film’s original score written, arranged, produced, performed, programmed and mixed by Academy Award winners Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Soul, Challengers, Watchmen, Bones and All, Queer), as well as multiple recordings by composer John Adams. Also included is a selection of songs featured in the movie by Tony Bennett & Bill Evans, The National, Everything but the Girl, among others. The soundtrack is expected to be released digitally this Friday, October 10 and physically on November 14. Expanded ‘Crimson Tide’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1995 action thriller Crimson Tide directed by Tony Scott and starring Denzel Washington, Gene Hackman, Viggo Mortensen, George Dzundza, James Gandolfini and Matt Craven. The album features the complete original score from the Hollywood Pictures production composed by Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar, Dune, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, F1, Man of Steel), including almost 30 minutes of previously unreleased music. Also included is a demo of a short suite Zimmer and collaborator Steve Mazzaro prepared in 2014 to be performed live in concert. The 2-CD set, which is being released to coincide with the movie’s 30th anniversary, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio samples and find out more information about the release.
