Premiering tonight is the HBO original series The Franchise created by Jon Brown and starring Himesh Patel, Aya Cash, Jessica Hynes, Darren Goldstein, Billy Magnussen, Isaac Powell and Lolly Adefope. The show’s original score is composed by Jeff Cardoni (Silicon Valley, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, The Kominsky Method, Heels, White House Plumbers, CSI :Miami, Ghosts). Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Soul, Challengers, Watchmen, Gone Girl, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) have contributed the theme and music for the first episode. Premiering on Wednesday, October 9, is the Hulu original series La Máquina created by Marco Ramirez and starring Gael García Bernal, Diego Luna, Eiza González, Andrés Delgado, Jorge Perugorría, Dariam Coco, Karina Gidi and Lucía Méndez.. Tomás Barreiro (La Cocina, The Good Girls, Museo, Gueros) has composed the show’s original music. Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score on October 11.
