The album features the film’s original score composed by Jacob Groth who has previously collaborated with director Niels Arden Oplev on the original The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo movie. The soundtrack will be released on April 2, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips will be added to this article soon. Dead Man Down stars Colin Farrell as a professional killer and the right-hand man to an underground crime lord in New York City who is seduced and blackmailed by a crime victim seeking retribution. The album features the film’s original music by the electronic band M83 and the score composed by M83 member Anthony Gonzalez and Joseph Trapanese (The Raid: Redemption, Tron: Uprising). The film is directed by Roland Emmerich (Independence DayStargate) and stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal, James Woods, Richard Jenkins, Joey King and Rachelle Lefevre. The movie follows a Secret Service agent who is tasked with rescuing the president from a paramilitary group that has taken over the White House. James Vanderbilt (The Amazing Spider-Man, Zodiac) has written the screenplay. ‘Jappeloup’ Soundtrack Details

jappeloupPathé Production will release a soundtrack album for the French drama Jappeloup. The album features the film’s original score composed by Clinton Shorter (District 9, Contraband), as well as the songs featured in the film by artists including Cat Stevens, Roxy Music, Thin Lizzy, George Michael and 10cc. The soundtrack will be released on March 11, 2013 and is now available on Amazon. Audio clips can be checked out after the jump. Jappeloup is directed by Christian Duguay (The Art of WarScreamers) and stars Guillaume Canet, Marina Hands, Daniel Auteuil, Lou de Laage, Tcheky Karyo and Jacques Higelin. Canet has also written the screenplay for the drama, which centers on the small black horse that won gold at the Seoul Olympics in 1988. The film will be released in France on March 13. michael-giacchinoMichael Giacchino is set to reunite with Lana and Andy Wachowski on their upcoming sci-fi action tentpole Jupiter Ascending. The film stars Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis, Eddie Redmayne, Douglas Booth, Tuppence Middleton and Sean Bean. The movie is set in a time where humans are at the bottom of the evolutionary ladder and are watched by higher forms of life and follows a woman who has been targeted for assassination by the Queen of the Universe. The Wachowskis are writing, producing and directing the Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow Pictures production, which is set to shoot this spring. The album features the film’s original score composed by Jonathan Goldsmith (Away from Her, Casino Jack), as well as the song Green Mountain State by Corinna Rose and the Rusty Horse Band. The soundtrack is now available to download on iTunes, where you can also listen to audio clips. Take this Waltz is written and directed by Sarah Polley and stars Seth Rogen, Michelle Williams, Sarah Silverman and Luke Kirby. The album features the film’s original music composed by James Matthes and Daniel Matthee (Retribution). The soundtrack is now available digitally in the UK. Audio clips are available here. No domestic release date has been announced yet. Vehicle 19 is directed by Mukunda Michael Dewil and stars Paul Walker as recent parolee who  picks up the wrong rental vehicle after a long flight and soon discovers a tied-up female passenger in the trunk. Naima McLean, Gys de Villiers, Leyla Haidarian and Tshepo Maseko are co-starring. anchormanAndrew Feltenstein and John Nau have signed on to score and write songs for the upcoming comedy sequel Anchorman: The Legend Continues. The film is directed by Adam McKay and stars Will Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Steve Carell, David Koechner and Paul Rudd who reprise their characters from the original movie. They are joined by new cast members Harrison Ford, Kristen Wiig, James Marsden, Dylan Baker and Meagan Good. Judd Apatow returns as a producer of the Gary Sanchez and Apatow Productions project. Feltenstein & Nau have previously scored Casa De Mi Padre and Bachelorette for Ferrell’s production company. Alex Wurman (March of the Penguins) scored the original 2004 film. The album features the film’s original music composed by Harry Escott (Shame, Hard Candy). The soundtrack will be released digitally in the UK on March 11, 2013. No word yet on a domestic release date. Welcome to the Punch is written and directed by Eran Creevy and stars James McAvoy as a detective who forms an unlikely union with a criminal as they uncover a conspiracy. Mark Strong, Andrea Riseborough and Peter Mullan are co-starring. The thriller executive produced by Ridley Scott is set to be released on March 15 in the UK. The movie follows an eight-year-old boy who tries bring his father back from World War II.
