The show based on the Marvel Comics character and stars Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Elden Henson, Deborah Ann Woll, Rosario Dawson and Scott Glenn. The series follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City. Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods, Cloverfield) and Steven S. The album features the songs from the film by artists including Elton John, Kate Nash, Elliot Smith, Peggy Lee, Gilbert O’Sullivan and more. Also included is the movie’s original score composed by Ralf Wengenmayr (Manitou’s Shoe) who who previously collaborated with the film’s director on 2011’s Vicky and the Treasure of the Gods. The soundtrack will be released overseas both physically and digitally on October 31, 2014. Love, Rosie stars Lily Collins and Sam Claflin as two characters who have been best friends since they were five years old and are their own worst enemies in their love lives. ramin-djawadiRamin Djawadi has signed on to score the upcoming fantasy adventure Warcraft. The film directed by Duncan Jones (Moon, Source Code) is based on the popular video game series of the same title and stars Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell and Rob Kazinsky. The movie is being described as an origin story and chronicles how the the humans and orcs came into conflict. Jones has also co-written the screenplay with Charles Leavitt (Blood DiamondK-PaxThe Mighty). Thomas Tull & Jon Jashni (Godzilla300: Rise of an Empire42) are producing the project for Legendary Pictures, alongside Charles Roven (The Dark KnightMan of SteelAmerican Hustle) and Alex Gartner (Get Smart) for Atlas Entertainment. ‘Samba’ Soundtrack Details

sambaTF1 Musique will release a soundtrack album for the French comedy drama Samba. The album features the songs from the film, including tracks by The Brothers Johnson, Bob Marley & The Wailers, Gilberto Gil, Terry Callier, Syreeta and Jorge Ben. Also included are selections from the film’s original score composed by Ludovico Einaudi (The Intouchables). The soundtrack will be released overseas on October 13, 2014. No word yet on a domestic release date. Samba is directed by Olivier Nakache & Eric Toledano (The Intouchables) and stars Omar Sy, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Tahar Rahim and Izia Higelin. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ceiri Torjussen (Test, Big Ass Spider). The soundtrack is now available digitally (the download link will be added to this article within the next couple of days. The Canal is written and directed by Ivan Kavanagh and stars Rupert Evans, Antonia Campbell Hughes, Hannah Hoekstra, Steve Oram and Kelly Byrne. The movie follows a man who moves into a beautiful period house by the canal with his wife and small child, when he begins to suspect that his wife is cheating on him and also starts to have nightmarish visions of an evil presence he believes inhabits his home. The supernatural drama stars Jennifer Beals, Matthew Modine, Joe Morton, Callum Blue, Edi Gathegi, Annie Thurman, Sean Gleeson and Caroline Rose Kaplan. The series follows a skeptical, brilliant female surgeon with a caustic edge who has been struggling with the loss of her teenage son and is persuaded to investigate reincarnation, out-of-body experiences, hauntings and other supernatural cases. Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer) is executive producing the project with Rob Bragin (Greek), Tom Jacobson (Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Ladykillers), Jill Littman and Alex Graves (The West Wing, Game of Thrones) who also directed the pilot episode. little-mermaidWalt Disney Records will release a new soundtrack album for the 1989 animated classic The Little Mermaid as part of the label’s Legacy Collection, which celebrate the anniversaries of a number of Disney movies. The album features the film’s original songs composed by Alan Menken (The Beauty and the BeastAladdinEnchantedTangled) and lyrics by Howard Ashman, as well as Menken’s score, including previously unreleased music. Also included on a second disc are numerous demos of both songs and the score. The soundtrack will be released on November 24, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon.
