Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for Yorgos Lanthimos’ comedy Bugonia. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Jerskin Fendrix (Poor Things, Kinds of Kindness). Also included is Marlene Dietrich’s rendition of Where Have All the Flowers Gone. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, October 31. Composer Jerskin Fendrix is set to reteam with Yorgos Lanthimos (The Favourite, The Lobster) on the director’s next feature, Bugonia. The film starring Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons is based on the 2003 South Korean sci-fi comedy Save the Green Planet! and follows two conspiracy obsessed young men who kidnap the high-powered CEO of a major company, convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth. Will Tracy (The Menu, The Regime) wrote the screenplay.
‘Kinds of Kindness’ Soundtrack Album Details
The full details of the soundtrack album for Yorgos Lanthimos’ Kinds of Kindness have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Jerskin Fendrix who previously scored (and received an Academy Award nomination for) the director’s last feature, Poor Things. Also included are songs by Eurythmics, Cobrah, Dio, as well as Margaret Qualley’s rendition of the Bee Gees’ How Deep is Your Love. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 21 by Milan Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and and any other major digital music services. Jerskin Fendrix Scoring Yorgos Lanthimos’ ‘Kinds of Kindness’
Composer Jerskin Fendrix is reteaming with director Yorgos Lanthimos on the upcoming sci-fi anthology movie Kinds of Kindness. The film is co-written (with Efthimis Filippou) and directed by Lanthimos (The Favourite, The Lobster) and stars Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Hunter Schafer and Mamoudou Athie. No plot details have been revealed yet. Lanthimos is also producing the project with Ed Guiney (Room, Disobedience), Andrew Lowe (Normal People, The Wonder) and Kasia Malipan.

The album features the movie’s original music written by pianist, violinist, songwriter and composer Jerskin Fendrix who has made his film scoring debut on the project.
