Reunion Records will release a soundtrack album for Kirk Cameron’s family comedy Saving Christmas. The album features the songs from and inspired by the film by artists including 1 Girl Nation, Casting Crowns, Steven Curtis Chapman, Tenth Avenue North, Kerrie Roberts, Rebecca St. James, Building 429, Jason Crabb, Matt Maher & Rhett Walker Band. The soundtrack will be released on October 27, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Saving Christmas is directed by Darren Doane and stars Kirk Cameron, Doane himself, Bridgette Ridenour, David Shannon, Raphi Henley and Ben Kientz. Andrew Dost is making his feature film scoring debut with the upcoming indie comedy D-Train. The film is written and directed by Andrew Mogel & Jarrad Paul (Yes Men, Allen Gregory) and stars Jack Black, James Marsden, Kathryn Hahn, Kyle Bornheimer and Adria Tennor. The movie follows a Middle America high school reunion committee chairman, still searching for high school acceptance, who has to do whatever it takes to get the most popular guy from high school to show up to their 20-year reunion. Toby Chu has been tapped to score the upcoming NBC drama State of Affairs. The show is created by Alexi Hawley (Castle, Exorcist: The Beginning) and stars Katherine Heigl, Alfre Woodard, Sheila Vand, Adam Kaufman, Cliff Chamberlain, Tommy Savas and David Harbour. The series follows a top CIA analyst who assembles the president’s Daily Briefing, which lists the most vital security issues facing the nation. Heigl is also executive producing the Universal Television production with Ed Bernero (Criminal Minds), Dario Scardapane (The Bridge, Trauma), Nancy Heigl, Robert Simonds (The Wedding Singer, Cheaper by the Dozen), Julia Franz (Men at Work), Henry Crumpton, Rodney Faraon and Sophie Watts. ‘Big Hero 6’ Soundtrack Details

The full details of the soundtrack album for Disney’s animated feature Big Hero 6 have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Wreck-It-Ralph, X-Men: First Class, Winnie the Pooh), as well as the original song Immortals performed by Fall Out Boy, which has also been released as a single this week and is now available to download here. The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 4, 2014. A physical version will be coming out on November 24 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Big Hero 6 is directed by Don Hall & Chris Williams and features the voice talent of of Ryan Potter, Scott Adsit, T.J. The Volume 3 album features new versions of 1920’s and 1930’s songs performed by such artists as Elvis Costello, Regina Spektor, David Johansen, Loudon Wainwright III, cast members Margot Bingham (Daughter Maitland) and Stephen DeRosa (Eddie Cantor) and Boardwalk Empire house band Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks. The soundtrack will be released on October 27, 2014. A CD version is set to be released on January 13, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released the Volume 2 soundtrack, while Elektra/Asylum Records released the first soundtrack album.
