Two new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this week:
Already playing in theaters since this past Tuesday is Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Far from Home directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei and Jake Gyllenhaal. The film’s original music composed by Michael Giacchino (Up, Star Trek, Jurassic World, Lost, The Incredibles, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story). Playing in theaters since this past Wednesday is the horror movie Midsommar written and directed by Ari Aster and starring Florence Pugh, Jack Reynor, William Jackson Harper, Vilhelm Blomgran, Archie Madekwe, Ellora Torchia and Will Poulter. Bobby Krlic (aka The Haxan Cloak) (Triple 9, Seven Seconds, Shooter) has composed the film’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score.
