Good Deeds Music will release a soundtrack album for the indie drama Burning Men. The album features the film’s original music written by guitarist, producer and composer Justin Adams. The soundtrack will be released on February 22 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A vinyl edition will be available to order here within the next few days. Burning Men is co-written and directed by Jeremy Wooding and stars Ed Hayter, Aki Omoshaybi, Elinor Crawley and Katie Collins. The movie follows two young, struggling musicians who are evicted from their South London squat and take to the road in their old Volvo Amazon, planning to sell their prized vinyl record collection and fly to Memphis, USA. Antonio Pinto (City of God, McFarland, USA, Lord of War) has recently scored the Brazilian biographical drama Marighella. The film marks actor Wagner Moura’s directorial debut and stars Seu Jorge, Adriana Esteves, Bruno Gagliasso, Luiz Carlos Vasconcelos and Humberto Carrão. The movie tells the story of Carlos Marighella, a Marxist Brazilian writer, politician and guerilla fighter who lived during the 20th century and was murdered by the brazilian military dictatorship in 1969. The album features the songs from the movie including the end credits track Super Cool by Beck (feat. Robyn & The Lonely Island), as well as songs performed by Dillon Francis (feat. T-Pain & That Girl Lay Lay), Superorganism, Matt and Kim, cast members Tiffany Haddish, Will Arnett, Stephanie Beatriz, Superorganism & more. Also included are new versions of the Academy Award-nominated song Everything Is Awesome written for the original 2014 The LEGO Movie. The show is developed by Mark Verheiden (Daredevil, Ash vs Evil Dead) & Gary Dauberman (It, Annabelle) based on the DC characters created by Len Wein & Bernie Wrightson and stars Crystal Reed, Andy Bean, Derek Mears, Maria Sten, Jeryl Prescott, Virginia Madsen, Will Patton, Henderson Wade, Kevin Durand and Ian Ziering. Hollywood Bowl 2019 Season Schedule Announced

The Hollywood Bowl has announced this summer’s season schedule, which includes a number of film music concerts. On June 29, the Bowl will host a live to projection concert for Nicholas Hooper’s score for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Sarah Hicks will conduct the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. La-La Land Records has announced the details of the 20th Anniversary expanded soundtrack album for Terrence Malick’s 1998 drama The Thin Red Line starring Sean Penn, Adrien Brody and Woody Harrelson. The 4-CD set features the expanded and remastered Academy Award-nominated music from the 20th Century Fox production composed by Hans Zimmer (The Dark Knight, Gladiator, Inception, The Lion King), including the film score as written in chronological film order on the first two discs, the remastered original 1999 soundtrack album on the third disc and RCA’s album of Melanesian chants from the movie on the fourth disc.
