Lakeshore Records will release the first soundtrack album for the AMC original series Lodge 49. The album features a selection of songs from the show by artists such as The Squires, The Superimposers, Sid Bradley, The Soundcarriers, Susy Kane, John Myrtle & others. Also included are several tracks by the series’ composer Andrew Carroll, including the Title Theme (I Lift My Lamp Beside the Golden Door!). Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the action adventure Jumanji: The Next Level. The album features the film’s original music composed by Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier & Civil War, X-Men: First Class, Wreck-It-Ralph, Kong: Skull Island, Big Hero 6) who previously scored 2017’s Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Composer Ben Lovett (Synchronicity, The Wind, Black Rock, Don Peyote) is reuniting with director David Bruckner on the upcoming horror thriller The Night House. The film starring Rebecca Hall, Sarah Goldberg, Stacy Martin, Evan Jonigkeit and Vondie Curtis-Hall. The movie revolves around a widow who begins to uncover her recently deceased husband’s disturbing secrets. Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski (Super Dark Times) wrote the screenplay. The film marks the feature directorial debut of screenwriter Brian Duffield (Jane Got a Gun, Insurgent, The Babysitter) and stars Katherine Langford, Charlie Plummer, Hayley Law, Piper Perabo, Rob Huebel, Yvonne Orji, Chris Shields, Laine MacNeil, Clive Holloway and Bzhaun Rhoden. The movie is based on the YA novel of the same name by Aaron Starmer and centers on a teenager whose life is forever changed when students in her senior class explode for no discernible reason.
