Toolbox has released a soundtrack album for Danish drama Shorta. The album features the film’s original score composed by Martin Dirkov (Border, Shelley, The Charmer, Holiday). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 14 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Shorta is directed by Frederik Hviid & Anders Ølholm and stars Jacob Hauberg Lohmann, Simon Sears, Dulfi Al-Jabouri and Tarek Zayat. The movie unfolds in the aftermath of the killing of a teenager while in custody and follows two police officers who are on routine patrol in a minority-heavy neighborhood when news of the death breaks, igniting a violent riot.
