The show is created by Annie Weisman and stars Rose Byrne, Rory Scovel, Dierdre Friel, Della Saba, Lou Taylor Pucci, Paul Sparks and Ashley Liao. MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the British crime drama Twist.
