Anna Waronker (Yellowjackets, Shrill, Santa, Inc., Harriet the Spy, The Republic of Sarah) is scoring the new Showtime original series I Love That for You. The show is created by Vanessa Bayer & Jeremy Beiler and stars Bayer herself, Molly Shannon, Jenifer Lewis, Paul James, Ayden Mayeri, Matt Rogers and Punam Patel. The comedy is inspired by Bayer’s own story of overcoming childhood leukemia and centers on a woman who dreams of becoming a host at a home-shopping channel.

Jeff Russo’s ‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’ Theme Revealed
Paramount+ has released the opening titles sequence for the streamer’s original series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, The Night Of, The Umbrella Academy, The Man Who Fell to Earth) who previously wrote the themes and scores for Star Trek: Discovery and Picard has composed the main title theme, which features elements of Alexander Courage’s theme from the original Star Trek series. Soundtrack Album for Amazon’s ‘Bang Bang Baby’ Released
Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the Italian Amazon original series Bang Bang Baby. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s first season composed by Santi Pulvirenti (The Mafia Only Kills in Summer, At War with Lovem An Almost Perfect Country, Io c’è). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Available separately as a digital single is the song L’Eccezione by Madame from the show (listen to the full track after the jump). Verve Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Ozark. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third and fourth season composed by Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (The Outsider, The Gift, Boy Erased, Outer Range, The White Tiger, Enemy, Pieces of Me, The Devil All the Time, The Lodge) who have received their first Emmy Award nomination for their work on Season 3. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 29 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. The label has previously released a first soundtrack featuring the composers’ score from the first two seasons back in 2020.

Polydor Records will release the first soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Slow Horses. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Academy Award and Emmy Award nominee Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Steve Jobs, Birds of Prey, Enola Holmes, King Arthur: The Legend of the Sword, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Ocean’s 8). Also included is the Mick Jagger-performed opening titles song Strange Game, which has previously been released as a digital single. The soundtrack will be coming out this Friday, April 29 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Slow Horses is developed by Will Smith based on Mick Herron’s first novel in the book series of the same name and stars Gary Oldman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Jonathan Pryce, Olivia Cooke and Jack Lowden.

The full details of the third soundtrack album for the HBO original series Succession have been revealed. Pearl Jam co-founder and bassist Jeff Ament (with former Red Hot Chilli Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer and Fitz and the Tantrums drummer/songwriter John Wicks) has composed the original music for the new FX limited series Under the Banner of Heaven. The show is created by Dustin Lance Black (Milk, When We Rise) and stars Andrew Garfield, Sam Worthington, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Denise Gough, Wyatt Russell, Gil Birmingham, Billy Howle, Adelaide Clemens, Rory Culkin, Chloe Pirrie, Seth Numrich and Sandra Seacat. The drama is inspired by the true crime bestseller by Jon Krakauer and follows Detective Jeb Pyre as he investigates the events that led to the 1984 murder of Brenda Wright Lafferty and her baby daughter in a suburb in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah.
