Varese Sarabande will release a soundtrack album for the thriller The Limehouse Golem. The album features the film’s original music composed by Johan Söderqvist (Let the Right One In, In a Better World, Kon-Tiki, After the Wedding). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 1 and will be available to download on Amazon. The Limehouse Golem is directed by Juan Carlos Medina and stars Bill Nighy, Olivia Cooke, Douglas Booth, Daniel Mays and Eddie Marsan. The movie based on the bestseller by Peter Ackroyd is set in Victorian-era London and revolves around an intrepid police inspector who investigates a series of brutal killings that seem to be linked to a fearsome creature of Jewish legend.

Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi thriller Rememory. The album features the film’s original music composed by Gregory Tripi (Manhunt: Unabomber, Dark Places). Rememory is co-written and directed by Mark Palansky (Penelope) and stars Peter Dinklage, Julia Ormond, Martin Donovan, Anton Yelchin, Henry Ian Cusick and Evelyne Brochu. The movie follows the widow of a wise professor who stumbles upon one of his inventions that’s able to record and play a person’s memory.
‘Jane’ Soundtrack Details
The full details of the soundtrack album for the documentary Jane have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Philip Glass (The Hours, Notes on a Scandal, The Illusionist, Koyaanisqatsi, Kundun). The soundtrack will be released on October 6, 2017 by Sony Masterworks and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Jane is directed by Brett Morgen (Cobain: Montage of Heck, The Kid Stays in the Picture) and reconstitutes 50-year-old National Geographic footage into a poetic look at primatologist Jane Goodall. The documentary will have its world premiere next month at the Toronto Film Festival and will also screen at the Hollywood Bowl on October 9 with a live orchestral performance of Glass’ score with the composer and director in attendance.

Gaumont elevision will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Narcos. The album features selections from the original music of the show’s third season composed by Pedro Bromfman (RoboCop, Elite Squad). Also included is Rodrigo Amarante’s main titles theme, as well as tracks by Rodolfo Aicardi, Omara Portuondo and Angel Canales. Soundtrack Album for FX’s & BBC’s ‘Taboo’ to Be Released
Decca Classics will release a soundtrack album for the FX and BBC One original series Taboo. The album features selections from the show’s original music composed by Max Richter (The Leftovers, Waltz with Bashir, Disconnect, Miss Sloane) who received his first Emmy Award nomination for his work on the project. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series BoJack Horseman. The album features Patrick Carney’s theme from the show, Grouplove’s end credits song Back in the 90’s & more. Also included are selections from the show’s original score composed by Jesse Novak (The Mindy Project). BoJack Horseman is created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg and features the voice talent of Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie and Aaron Paul. The animated comedy centers around whiskey-drinking humanoid horse and former TV star BoJack who deals with his personal crises with a human sidekick and a feline agent and ex-lover.
Ryuichi Sakamoto’s ‘Rage’ Soundtrack to Receive U.S. Release
Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Korean thriller Rage (Ikari) in the U.S. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor, The Revenant, Snake Eyes, The Sheltering Sky). A CD version is currently set to be released on October 27, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The soundtrack has previously been released in Korea and Japan last fall. Rage is directed by Sang-il Lee and stars Ken Watanabe, Mirai Moriyama, Kenichi Matsuyama, Go Ayano, Suzu Hirose, Aoi Miyazaki, Satoshi Tsumabuki and Takara Sakumoto. The movie tells the story of a grisly unsolved murder that links three seemingly unrelated stories in three different Japanese cities.
