La-La Land Records has announced the details of the second score album for the CW drama Riverdale. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s second season composed by Blake Neely (The Flash, Arrow, Everwood, Life As We Know It) and Sherri Chung (Blindspot). The soundtrack is now available to order on the label’s official website and Amazon. The label has previously released a score album for the series’ first season. WaterTower Music has released a digital version of the soundtrack, as well as several soundtrack albums featuring the songs from the show’s first two seasons. Riverdale developed by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa based on the characters by Archie Comics and stars Lili Reinhart, KJ Apa, Ashleigh Murray, Asha Bromfield, Hayley Law, Camila Mendes, Cole Sprouse, Luke Perry, Skeet Ulrich, Marisol Nichols and Mädchen Amick.

‘The Flash’ Season 4 Soundtrack Details
La-La Land Records has announced the details of the new soundtrack album for the CW superhero drama The Flash. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s fourth season composed by Blake Neely (Arrow, Supergirl, Riverdale, Everwood) and Nathaniel Blume (Arrow, Deception, The Seventies). The soundtrack is now available to order on the label’s official website and on Amazon. The label has previously released soundtrack albums for the first three seasons of the show and WaterTower Music has released digital versions. Season 5 of The Flash starring Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Tom Kavanagh, Danielle Panabaker, Rick Cosnett, Jesse L. Martin and Carlos Valdes currently airs Tuesday nights on the CW.
Soundtrack Album for ‘Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams’ Released
Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album for the sci-fi anthology series Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams. The album features the music from the series, including the main title theme composed by Harry Gregson-Williams (The Martian, The Chronicles of Narnia), as well as the composer’s score for the episodes The Commuter (for which he received an Emmy Award nomination) and The Father Thing. Also included is the music for three episodes composed by Bear McCreary (The Walking Dead, 10 Cloverfield Lane), two episodes by Cristobal Tapia de Veer (Utopia), one episode by Ólafur Arnalds (Broadchurch), as well as two episodes by Mark Isham (Crash, A River Runs Through It), one of which he co-scored with BT (The Fast & the Furious, Monster). Expanded ‘Balto’ Soundtrack Album Announced
Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1995 animated feature Balto directed by Simon Wells and starring Kevin Bacon, Bridget Fonda, Jim Cummings, Phil Collins, Bob Hoskins and Miriam Margoyles. The album features the expanded original score from the Amblin Entertainment production composed and conducted by James Horner (Titanic, Avatar, A Beautiful Mind, Braveheart, Apollo 13, Aliens) and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, including previously unreleased music and alternate cues. Also included is the original song Reach for the Light performed by Steve Winwood who also co-wrote the track with Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil.
‘Possum’ Soundtrack Released
Room 13 has released a soundtrack album for the British psychological horror thriller Possum. The album features the film’s original music composed and performed by The Radiophonic Workshop. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. A CD version is set to be released on November 23 and is now available for pre-order here. Possum is written and directed by Matthew Holness and stars Sean Harris, Alun Armstrong and Charlie Eales. The movie revolves around a disgraced children’s puppeteer who returns to his childhood home, where is forced to confront his wicked stepfather and the secrets that have tortured his entire life.
Pino Donaggio’s ‘My Name Is Thomas’ & ‘Mare di grano’ Scores Released
Quartet Records has announced a soundtrack album featuring two new scores composed by Pino Donaggio (Carrie, Dressed to Kill, Blow Out, Body Double, Passion) and performed by the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony. The first title featured on the release is this year’s Italian road movie My Name Is Thomas (Il mio nome è Thomas) directed by and starring Terence Hill asa man who heads off across the desert on his Harley Davidson and rescues a young woman who has fallen into the hands of two bandits. Donaggio also co-wrote the original song Pure Love performed by Claudia Arvati for the film. Also included on the release is the composer’s music for the Italian drama Mare di grano directed by Fabrizio Guarducci.
‘The Ballad of Buster Scruggs’ Soundtrack Details
The full details of the soundtrack album for the Coen Brothers’ Netflix original movie The Ballad of Buster Scruggs have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Carter Burwell (Fargo, Carol, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Twilight, True Grit). Also included is the original song When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings written by David Rawlings & Gillian Welch and performed by Willie Watson & Tim Blake Nelson, as well as other songs from the movie. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the biographical drama Bigger. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Rome, Monk, Appaloosa, Pollock, Ugly Betty, Carnivale). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, November 2 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Bigger is directed by George Gallo and stars Tyler Hoechlin, Julianne Hough, Calum Von Moger, Colton Haynes, Kevin Durand, Aneurin Barnard, Victoria Justice, DJ Qualls and Robert Forster. The movie tells the story of bodybuilding pioneer brothers Joe and Ben Weider, who against all odds, battled poverty and anti-Semitism to create the fitness industry as we know it.

Virgin EMI Records has released a soundtrack album for the Netflix original movie Been So Long. The album features the songs from the film written by Ché Walker & Arthur Darvill and performed by cast members Michaela Coel, Arinzé Kene, Ronke Adekoluejo, George MacKay, Luke Norris and Joseph Dempsie. Also included is the movie’s original score composed by Christopher Nicholas Bangs. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Been So Long is directed by Tinge Krishnan and revolves around a single mother in London’s Camden Town who hears music when she meets a handsome stranger with a past.

BMG has released a soundtrack album for the German TV series Deutschland 86. The album features selections of the original score from the show composed by Golden Globe nominee Reinhold Heil (Cloud Atlas, Run Lola Run, The International, One Hour Photo, Berlin Station). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Deutschland 86 is created by Anna Winger & Jörg Winger and stars Jonas Nay, Maria Schrader, Sylvester Groth, Sonja Gerhardt, Ludwig Trepte and Alexander Beyer. The drama is the sequel to 2015’s Deutschland 83 (which Heil also scored) and follows Martin Rauch – Long banished to AFRICA for his sins in 1983 – as he is called back into the field.
