Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the German Netflix original documentary Schumacher ’94 – The Birth of a Legend (Schumacher ‘94 – Die Geburt einer Legende). The album features the film’s original music composed by Ben Lukas Boysen (Beat, The Collini Case, The Lazarus Project, Falling Into Place, Manifesto, Alien Rage). Schumacher ’94 – The Birth of a Legend is directed by Christin Freitag and chronicles Michael Schumacher’s first World Championship win through personal interviews and archival footage of the legendary 1994 Formula 1 season.

‘Falling Into Place’ Soundtrack Album Released
Erased Tapes has released a soundtrack album for the German romantic drama Falling Into Place. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jon Hopkins (Monsters, How I Live Now, U Want Me 2 Kill Him?) and Ben Lukas Boysen (Beat, The Collini Case, The Lazarus Project, Manifesto, Alien Rage). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Check out Hopkins’ main theme below. Falling Into Place is written and directed by Aylin Tezel and stars Tezel herself, Chris Fulton, Alexandra Dowling and Rory Fleck Byrne. The movie follows the romance between two 30-somethings who met too briefly over a winter weekend in Scotland, but fate tears them apart again and they return to London, unaware that they live in the same city.

Premiering tonight is the HBO original series The Idol created by Sam Levinson & Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye (who also provided original music to the show, alongside Mike Dean) & Reza Fahim and starring The Weeknd himself, Lily-Rose Depp and Troye Sivan. Manish Raval & Tom Wolfe serve as the drama’s music supervisors. Republic Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the songs by The Weeknd & others later this month. Soundtrack Album for Sky’s ‘The Lazarus Project’ to Be Released
SATV will release a soundtrack album for the Sky original series The Lazarus Project. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Ben Lukas Boysen (Beat, The Collini Case, Manifesto, Alien Rage) & Paul Emmerich. The soundtrack will be released digitally on July 8 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Lazarus) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. The Lazarus Project is created by Joe Barton and stars Paapa Essiedu, Anjli Mohindra, Tom Burke, Caroline Quentin, Rudi Dharmalingam and Charly Clive. The 8-part sci-fi thriller follows a man wakes up one day and finds himself reliving a day from months ago, when he meets a recruiter for the Lazarus Project, a secret organization that has harnessed the ability to turn back time every time the world is at threat of extinction.
‘The Collini Case’ Soundtrack Released
Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the German thriller The Collini Case (Der Fall Collini). The album features the film’s original music composed by Ben Lukas Boysen (Beat, Manifesto) The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out the full track list and listen to audio samples. The Collini Case is directed by Marco Kreuzpaintner and stars Elyas M’Barek, Alexandra Maria Lara, Franco Nero and Heiner Lauterbach. The movie is based on Ferdinand von Schirach’s bestselling novel of the same title and centers on an attorney who takes on a defendant accused of the vicious murder of a respected elderly businessman and comes across one of the biggest judicial scandals in German history.

Premiering in the U.S. this Thursday, November 8, is the British mini-series The Cry directed by Glendyn Ivin and starring Jenna Coleman, Ewen Leslie, Stella Gonet, Sophie Kennedy Clark, Asher Keddie and Alex Dimitriades. Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Home, The Lego Batman Movie, The Crown, Genius) has composed the original music for the 4-part series. Premiering on Friday, November 9, is the Netflix docu-series Medal of Honor executive produced by James Moll, Robert Zemeckis, Jack Rapke, Jacqueline Levine and Brandon Birtell. The show’s original music is composed by Jasha Klebe (Planet Earth II, Diana: In Her Own Words). The series, which tells the true stories of eight recipients of the nation’s highest and most prestigious award: the Medal of Honor, will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix.

Also included are tracks by Van Der Meer, Matthew Dear, Efdemin, Dina Washington, dotwav & others. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Beat is directed by Marco Kreuzpaintner (Summer Storm) and stars Jannis Niewöhner, Karoline Herfurth, Christian Berkel, Alexander Fehling and Kostja Ullmann. The crime drama follows a drug-using, sex-addicted young club promoter whose far-reaching connections in Berlin’s seedy club scene become of interest to police investigators trying to bring down a human-organ trafficking ring.
