Tim Morrish (One Day, Fifteen-Love, Red Rose) is the composer of the new BBC crime drama The Jetty. The show is created and written by Cat Jones and stars Jenna Coleman, Tom Glynn-Carney, Ruby Stokes, Archie Renaux, Bo Bragason, Laura Marcus and Weruche Opia. The 4-part series follows a Detective who must figure out how a fire that tears through a property in a scenic Lancashire lake town connects to a podcast journalist investigating a missing persons cold case and an illicit relationship between a man in his twenties and two underage girls.

‘Blue Lights’ Season 2 Soundtrack Album Released
Amelia Records has released the first soundtrack album for the BBC drama Blue Lights. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Eoin O’Callaghan. Peter Gregson Scoring BBC’s ‘Lost Boys & Fairies’
Peter Gregson (A Little Chaos, Blackbird, Waco: The Aftermath, Adolescence) is the composer of the new BBC drama Lost Boys & Fairies. The show is created by Daf James and stars Sion Daniel Young, Fra Fee, Sharon D Clarke, Elizabeth Berrington, Emrys, Arwel Gruffydd, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Shaheen Jafargholi, Mali Ann Rees, Leo Harris and Gwyneth Keyworth. The 3-part series directed by James Kent (The Aftermath, Testament of Youth) tells the story of a singer and artiste-extraordinaire at Cardiff’s queer club-space ‘Neverland’ as he embarks upon a journey of self-discovery when he – together with his partner – longs to adopt a child and has to convince their social worker that they’re up to the task.

Chromium Music Group has announced a soundtrack album for the BBC nature documentary series Mammals. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Thomas Farnon (Our Planet, Super Eagles ’96, Fight the Power). Polydor Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC drama This Town. The album features the songs from the show, including new covers created for the end credits of each episode by artists such as Celeste, Ray Laurél, Gregory Porter, Sekou and Olivia Dean. Also included are five songs performed by F**k The Factory – the band at the heart of series – created by Dan Carey, in collaboration with ESKA and Kae Tempest. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically on April 26 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Six contemporary artists have contributed cover versions for the new BBC drama This Town. Celeste has recorded a new version of the Richard Rodgers- & Lorenz Hart-penned Blue Moon, Gregory Porter has covered Charles Bradley’s The World (Is Going Up In Flames), Olivia Dean has contributed a yet-to-be revealed cover, Ray Laurél has recorded a cover of Somewhere Over the Rainbow (from The Wizard of Oz), Sekou has contributed a cover of Jimmy Cliff’s Wonderful World, Beautiful People and Self Esteem has covered Cliff’s You Can Get It If You Really Want.
