Fallout Shelter Recordings has released a soundtrack album for the comedy Ride the Eagle. The album features the film’s original score composed by Jeff Cardoni (Silicon Valley, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, CSI: Miami, The Kominsky Method, Turner & Hooch, Step Up All In, Just Friends). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The film is written and directed by Adam Sherman (Happiness Runs, producer of Marfa Girl) and stars Ron Perlman, Vanessa Marano, Natasha Henstridge, James Lastovic, Judson Mills, Tyler Steelman, Annabel Barrett and Tory Devon Smith. Composer Alberto Iglesias (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, The Kite Runner, The Constant Gardener, Exodus: Gods and Kings) is reuniting with director Pedro Almodóvar on the upcoming Spanish drama Parallel Mothers (Madres paralelas). The film is written and directed by Almodóvar and stars Penélope Cruz, Milena Smit, Israel Elejalde, Aitana Sánchez-Gijón, Julieta Serrano and Rossy De Palma. The movie tells the story of two mothers – both single women who got pregnant by accident – who enter the same hospital ward to give birth. MovieScore Media has announced a soundtrack album for the Danish psychological drama The Pact (Pagten). Composer Michael Abels (Bad Education, Allen v. Farrow, Fake Famous, See You Yesterday) is set to reteam with director Jordan Peele on the upcoming horror movie Nope. The film written and directed by Peele will star Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun, Barbie Ferreira, Brandon Perea and Michael Wincott. No plot details have been announced yet. Peele is also producing the project through his Monkeypaw Productions company, alongside Ian Cooper (Candyman). Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the action adventure Jungle Cruise. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, The Sixth Sense, King Kong, Maleficent, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Signs, Raya and the Last Dragon). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 30 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music stores.
