Opening in around 300 theaters this weekend is the Irish/Polish drama Wolf written and directed by Nathalie Biancheri and starring George MacKay, Lily Rose-Depp, Eileen Walsh and Paddy Considine. The film’s original score is composed by Stefan Wesolowski (Listen to Me Marlon, Pilsudski). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music, as well as an original song written and performed by Rose-Depp today. Opening in around 200 theaters today is the historical drama Benedetta co-written and directed by Paul Verhoeven and starring Virginie Efira, Charlotte Rampling, Lambert Wilson, Daphne Patakia, Olivier Rabourdin andd Herve Pierre. Anne Dudley (The Full Monty, The Crying Game, American History X, Poldark, The Hustle, Black Book) has composed the film’s original music. No soundtrack album has been announced yet.
