World Premiere Release of Stewart Copeland’s ‘Good Burger’ Score Announced

Enjoy The Ride Records has announced the world premiere score release for the 1997 comedy Good Burger directed by Brian Robbins and starring Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Abe Vigoda, Shar Jackson, Linda Cardellini, Sinbad and Ron Lester. The album features the film’s original score composed by Stewart Copeland (Rumble Fish, Wall Street, Fresh, The Equalizer, She’s All That, Men at Work, Dead Like Me). The soundtrack is now available as a limited edition vinyl in two different variants on the label’s official website, where you can also learn more about the releae. Alexis Grapsas (Monday, Trigonometry, Big Shot, Teacher) has recently been scoring the upcoming horror prequel A Quiet Place: Day One. The film is directed by Michael Sarnoski and stars Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff and Djimon Hounsou. The movie explores the beginning of the invasion, in which deadly alien creatures with hyper-sonic hearing arrive on Earth. Hasbro has released the first-ever soundtrack album for the animated series Beast Machines: Transformers. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Robert Buckley (ReBoot, Casper’s Haunted Christmas, Storm Hawks) who also scored Hasbro’s Beast Wars: Transformers. Jan A.P. Kaczmarek passed away today at age 71 in Krakow, Poland after a long battle with multiple system atrophy (MSA). The composer wrote numerous scores for film and television since the mid 1980s and received an Academy Award for his music for Marc Forster’s 2004 drama Finding Neverland. His other scoring credits include Adrian Lyne’s Unfaithful, Tom McCarthy’s The Visitor, Lasse Hallström’s Hachi: A Dog’s Tail, Aaron Schneider’s Get Low, Janusz Kaminski’s Lost Souls, Max Färberböck’s Aimee & Jaguar, Agnieszka Holland’s The Lost Souls & Washington Square, Jerzy Kawalerowicz’s Quo Vadis and the 2007 television adaptation of Leo Tolstoy’s War and Peace directed by Robert Dornhelm.
