Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French animated feature Mars Express. The album features the film’s original music composed by Fred Avril (The Lifeguard, Just the Three of Us, Pearl, I Am Not an Easy Man) & Philippe Monthaye. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. A vinyl edition is also being released this week and is available to order on Amazon. Mars Express co-written and directed by Jérémie Périn is set in the near future and revolves around a private detective and her android partner who are hired by a wealthy businessman to track down a notorious hacker and descend deep into the underbelly of Mars’ capital city. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Japanese drama Monster. The album features the music from the film composed by Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor, The Revenant, Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, Little Buddha, Snake Eyes), including two original pieces, which the late composer wrote for the project, as well as several tracks from his solo albums. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A CD and vinyl edition was released in Japan earlier this year (click here to order both versions as an import). Listen to Sakamoto’s two original tracks from the film below. RCA Records has released a deluxe edition soundtrack album for DreamWorks Animation’s sequel Trolls Band Together. The album features all songs from the original soundtrack, as well as two previously unreleased tracks: Tiësto’s remix of *NSYNC’s Better Place and a demo version of the the original song Family (co-written with Mike Elizondo & Michael Pollack) by Justin Timberlake & songwriter Emily Warren. Hibbert, Kamaia Fairburn, Elizabeth Hinkler, Fabrizio Guido, Emily Hinkler and Anabel Graetz.
