The film is directed by James Madigan and stars Josh Hartnett , Katee Sackhoff, Charithra Chandran, Marko Zaror and Julian Kostov. The movie follows a mercenary who takes on a job of tracking down a target on a plane, but soon turns into the target’s protector when they’re both surrounded by people trying to kill them. Tim Rice (The Lion King, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Road to El Dorado) has revealed in a recent interview with The Irish News that he is co-writing new original songs for the upcoming film adaptation of the stage musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Andrew Lloyd Webber (The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Evita). Jon M. Chu (Wicked, Crazy Rich Asians) is attached to direct the movie based on the duo’s Tony Award-winning show, which tells the biblical story of Jacob’s favorite son Joseph and his eleven brothers and which premiered in the West End in 1972 and on Broadway in 1983. Scott Sanders (The Color Purple, The Odd Life of Timothy Green) and Mara Jacobs (In the Heights) are producing the project for SGS Pictures and Chu and Lance Johnson (Thai Cave Rescue) are producing for Electric Somewhere. The movie is directed by Kang Hei Chul and features the voices of Doug Cockle, Joey Batey, Anya Chalotra and Christina Wren. The Studio MIR production follows Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster hunter, as he is hired to investigate a series of attacks in a seaside village and finds himself drawn into a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople. The album features the film’s original score composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Quincy Jones (The Color Purple, Roots, In Cold Blood, In the Heat of the Night, The Italian JobMackenna’s Gold).
