The film is written and directed by Stoller and stars Will Ferrell, Reese Witherspoon, Geraldine Viswanathan, Jimmy Tatro, Meredith Hagner, Stony Blyden, Rory Scovel, Leanne Morgan, Ramona Young, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Jack McBrayer and Celia Weston. 22D Music has released a soundtrack album for the French animated TV series The Upside Down River (La rivière à l’envers). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Pablo Pico (Sirocco and the Kingdom of the Winds, Adama, Marona’s Fantastic Tale, Saving Sally). Opening in theaters nationwide this week is the gothic horror movie Nosferatu written and directed by Robert Eggers and starring Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Hoult, Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Ralph Ineson, Simon McBurney and Willem Dafoe. The film’s original music is composed by Robin Carolan (The Nortman). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score has been released last month by Back Lot Music (digital version) and Sacred Bones Records (physical versions). Also opening nationwide is the biographical drama A Complete Unknown directed by James Mangold and starring Timothée Chalamet, Edward Norton, Monica Barbaro, Elle Fanning, Boyd Holbrook, Norbert Leo Butz, Dan Fogler and Scoot McNairy. The movie doesn’t feature an original score. Nick Baxter serves as the project’s executive music producer. Columbia Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the Bob Dylan songs from the movie performed by Chalamet and other tracks performed by the movie’s cast last Friday.
