The 6-track EP features the film’s original score composed by Adam Robl & Shawn Sutta (Poser, Uncle John, East of Middle West). Music Box Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1999 psychological thriller The Talented Mr. Ripley written and directed by Anthony Minghella and starring Matt Damon, Jude Law, Gwyneth Paltrow, Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Cate Blanchett. The 2-CD set features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed by Academy Award winner Gabriel Yared (The English Patient, Cold Mountain, Betty Blue, Judy, 1408, A Royal Affair), including previously unreleased music, on the first disc, as well excerpts from the original 1999 Sony album, the composer’s demo cues, as well as numerous tracks on the second disc.
