The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Laurent Eyquem (Copperhead, Winnie Mandela, Rage). The soundtrack will be released on October 16, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Momentum is directed by Stephen Campanelli and stars Olga Kurylenko, James Purefoy and Lee-Ann Summers. Wenders Music will release a soundtrack album for Wim Wenders’ drama Every Thing Will Be Fine. Jeff Cardoni has been hired to score the new Fox comedy The Grinder. The show is created by Andrew Mogel & Jarrad Paul (The D Train, Yes Man) and stars Rob Lowe, Fred Savage, William Devane, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Natalie Morales, Hana Hayes and Connor Kalopsis. The series follows a TV lawyer, known as The Grinder, who returns to his small-town home after his show is cancelled to work for his family’s real-life law firm. Mogel and Paul are also executive producing the project with Jess Wexler (The Comedians) and Jake Kasdan (Bad Teacher, Walk Hard, New Girl) who also directed the pilot episode. A24 announced today that Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu and Matmos have joined Nico Muhly to compose original music and songs for the upcoming sci-fi comedy How to Talk to Girls at Parties. The film will be directed by John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Rabbit Hole) and is set to star Elle Fanning, Nicole Kidman and Alex Sharp. The movie is based on a short story by Neil Gaiman and follows a teenage punk rocker in 1970s suburban London who sneaks into a party with his friends where they meet a group of intensely attractive, otherworldly girls from outer space. Marc Shaiman & Scott Wittman to Write Songs and Score for ‘Mary Poppins’ Sequel

Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman are set to compose original songs for a new Mary Poppins feature, which is currently in development at Disney. They will also be writing a new score. Rob Marshall (Chicago, Into the Woods, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) is attached to direct the movie, which is set 20 years after actions of the 1964 classic movie and will be based in parts on P.L. Travers’ book series. David Magee (Life of Pi, Finding Neverland) is writing the screenplay and John DeLuca (Into the Woods, Nine) and Marc Platt (Drive, Wanted, Legally Blonde) are producing the Walt Disney Pictures production.
