The details of the soundtrack album for Alejandro G. Inarritu’s dramatic thriller The Revenant have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music by Academy Award winner Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor, Snake Eyes, Little Buddha) and Alva Noto. The National member Bryce Dessner has also contributed additional music. Danny Bensi and Saunder Jurriaans have been tapped to score the upcoming drama Complete Unknown. The film is directed by Joshua Marston (Maria Full of Grace, The Forgiveness of Blood) and stars Rachel Weisz, Michael Shannon, Kathy Bates and Danny Glover. The movie marks the director’s first English-language feature and follows a woman introduced at a dinner party hosted by a man who increasingly believes he knows the guest by a different name and different biography.
