The album features the songs from the movie by artists including The Knack, Blondie, Van Halen, Dire Straits, The Cars, Devo, Hot Chocolate, Jermaine Jackson, S.O.S. Band, Pat Benatar, Stiff Little Fingers & more. The soundtrack will be released on April 8, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Universal Music will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature Robinson Crusoe. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans, The Strain). David Buckley has been tapped to score the upcoming CBS drama BrainDead. The show is created by Robert & Michelle King and stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Aaron Tveit, Danny Pino, Nikki M. The series follows a fresh-faced Hill staffer whose first job in D.C. leads her to discover two things: The government has stopped working, and alien spawn have come to Earth and eaten the brains of a growing number of congressmen and Hill staffers. Brian Reitzell is composing the music for the upcoming indie drama Kicks. The film is directed by Justin Tipping and stars Jahking Guillory, Mahershala Ali, Kofi Siriboe, Christopher Jordan Wallace and Christopher Meyer. The movie follows a fifteen-year old boy and his two best friends who go on an ill-advised mission across the Bay Area to retrieve the a pair of sneakers that were stolen by a local hood. Tipping has also written the screenplay with Josh Beirne-Golden.
