Bayard Musique has released a soundtrack album for the French/Polish drama The Innocents (Agnus Dei). The album features the film’s original music composed by Grégoire Hetzel (Incendies, The Blue Room, The Tree). Also included is other music featured in the movie, such as Max Richter’s On the Nature of Daylight & more. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. The Innocents is directed by Anne Fontaine (Coco Before Chanel, Adore) and stars Lou de Laâge Agata Kulesza, Agata Buzek, Vincent Macaigne, Joanna Kulig and Katarzyna Dabrowska. The movie is set in 1945 Poland and follows a young French doctor who is on a mission to help World War II survivors and becomes the only hope to several pregnant nuns who are unable to reconcile their faith with their pregnancies in hiding. Guy Gross to Score Stephan Elliott’s ‘Flammable Children’

Guy Gross is set to reteam with director Stephan Elliott on the upcoming comedy Flammable Children. Guy Pearce and Radha Mitchell are attached to star in the movie, which is written and directed by Elliott. The film is set in an Australian beach suburb in the mid-1970s and follows a 14-year old boy who tries to find his feet in a world changing faster than his hormones, and deal with his crush on a shy and sensitive girl-next-door. Al Clark and Jamie Hilton are producing the project. WaterTower Music will release a new soundtrack album for the HBO original series The Leftovers. The album features selections from original music of the show’s second season composed by Max Richter (Waltz with Bashir, Disconnect, Testament of Youth, The Congress). The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 19, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring the composer’s music from the first season. The Leftovers created by Damon Lindelof & Tom Perrotta takes place in the wake of a global “Rapture” and centers on the people who didn’t make the cut and are left behind in a suburban community. Three new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters this weekend is the comic book movie Deadpool directed by Tim Miller and starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, Ed Skrein and Brianna Hildebrand. The film’s original music is composed by Tom Holkenborg aka Junkie XL (Mad Max: Fury Road, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice). Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as songs by WHAM!, Salt-N-Pepa, DMX & more. Check out our previous article for the full album details. Also opening wide is the comedy sequel Zoolander 2 directed by Ben Stiller and starring himself, Penelope Cruz, Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson, Kristen Wiig and Fred Armisen. Micky Erbe and Maribeth Solomon are reteaming with director Toni Myers on the upcoming IMAX documentary A Beautiful Planet. The movie, which is narrated by Jennifer Lawrence, is made in cooperation with NASA and features footage of planet Earth captured by the astronauts aboard the Internal Space Station (ISS). The film also centers on the effect humanity had on the planet over time. Myers is also producing the project.
