Hollywood Records will release a score album for Marvel’s Hulu original series Runaways. The album features selections from the original music of the show’s first season composed by Siddhartha Khosla (This Is Us, The Royals, The Neighbors), including the main title theme and the original song Gert’s Lullaby, which he co-wrote with Ariela Barer. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 26 and will be available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The label has previously released a separate soundtrack songs from the series and two tracks by Khosla earlier this month. Runaways is developed by Josh Schwartz & Stephanie Savage based on Brian K. Vaughan’s & Adrian Alphona’s Marvel Comic property and stars Gregg Sulkin, Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer and Allegra Acosta. Decca Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC & AMC limited series McMafia. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Tom Hodge & Franz Kirmann. The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 23 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A physical version is also in the works. The label has previously released a digital single featuring the show’s main title theme. McMafia is created by Hossein Amini (Drive) & James Watkins (The Woman in Black) and stars James Norton, Aleksey Serebryakov, Maria Shukshina, Faye Marsay and Juliet Rylance. The 8-parter is inspired by Misha Glenny’s best-selling book of the same title and tells the story of Alex Godman, the English-raised son of Russian exiles with a mafia history, and his family. ‘Beauty and the Beast’ Legacy Collection Soundtrack Details

The full details of the Walt Disney Records Legacy Collection release for the 1991 animated classic Beauty and the Beast have been revealed. The album features the remastered original songs and score from the film composed by Alan Menken (Aladdin, Enchanted, The Little Mermaid, Pocahontas, Tangled), as well as seven demo tracks. Howard Ashman provided the songs’ lyrics. Menken’s score and the composers’ title song were honored with Academy Awards in 1992. The 2-CD set will be released on February 9, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Beauty and the Beast is directed by Gary Trousdale & Kirk Wise and features the voices of Paige O’Hara, Robby Benson, Richard White, Jerry Orbach, David Ogden Stiers and Angela Lansbury. The movie follows Jake Pentecost, son of Stacker Pentecost, as he reunites with Mako Mori to lead a new generation of Jaeger pilots against a new Kaiju threat.
