Platoon will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Constellation. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jerzy Rogiewicz (Absolute Beginners, Glitter, Krew Boga). John Williams in Tokyo Concert Album Announced

Deutsche Grammophon has announced the concert album John Williams in Tokyo. The album features the the live recordings (performed by the Saito Kinen Orchestra) of the Hollywood legend’s 2023 concert at Suntory Hall in Tokyo, where he reunited with conductor Seiji Ozawa. Among the titles features on the release are Superman, Star Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back & The Last Jedi, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone & Chamber of Secrets, Schindler’s List and Raiders of the Lost Ark. The record will be released digitally on May 3, 2024 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Superman March) is already available to stream/download now. British electronic music artist and house producer Leon Vynehall has made his television scoring debut on the new ITV drama Breathtaking. The show is written by Rachel Clarke, Jed Mercurio (Bodyguard, Line of Duty) and Prasanna Puwanarajah based on Clarke’s personal memoir and stars Joanne Froggatt, Bhav Joshi, Donna Banya, Stephanie Street, Joseph Charles, Thom Petty and Naomi Denny. The 3-part series takes place during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, weeks before the UK’s first national lockdown, and follows an acute medicine consultant and her team as they struggle with the first wave of patients and are forced to make difficult healthcare decisions as her colleagues begin to be infected with the virus.
