A soundtrack album will be released for the indie sci-fi comedy Andover. The album features the film’s original music performed by The Pouts featuring Nadia Lanfranconi. The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 1, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Andover is written and directed by Scott Perlman and stars Jonathan Silverman, Jennifer Finnigan, Scout Taylor-Compton, Beth Grant, Bai Ling, Steven Bauer, Richard Kind, Richard Portnow and Angela Kinsey. The movie revolves around a genetics professor who clones his dead wife, but the woman he creates is different than the woman he loved, so he tries over and over in a desperate attempt to get her back, exactly as she was. Atlantic Records will release the first full soundtrack album for the NBC drama Rise. The album features the songs from the show’s first season (from the stage musical Spring Awakening with music written by Duncan Sheik and lyrics by Steven Later) performed by cast members including Auli’i Cravalho, Damon J. Gillespie, Amy Forsyth, Ted Sutherland, Ellie Desautels, Erin Kommor and Sean Grandillo. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically tomorrow, May 11 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Rise created by Jason Katims and also starring Josh Radnor, Rosie Perez, Marley Shelton follows a dedicated teacher and family man takes over the school’s lackluster theater department. Last night, Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) held its annual Film, TV & Visual Awards at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. John Williams was honored with the John Williams Award for his incomparable status as one of the greatest film and television composers of our time. The composer who was previously honored with BMI’s Kirk Award in 1999 and who also received two more BMI Awards this year for his scores for Star Wars: The Last Jedi and The Post was presented the award by the evening’s host, BMI Vice President, Film/TV Relations, Doreen Ringer-Ross and BMI President & CEO Mike O’Neill. ’13 Reasons Why’ Season 2 Soundtrack Announced

Interscope Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series 13 Reasons Why. The album features a selection of songs from the show’s second season by artists including a new song by Selena Gomez, which is already available to download, as well as tracks by OneRepublic, YUNGBLUD, Billie Eilish & Khalid, New Order, HAERTS, Lord Huron & more. The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 18 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released two soundtracks featuring the songs and score from the drama’s first season. The comedy revolves around a 13-year-old prince from a wealthy island kingdom who travels to the U.S. to live incognito as an exchange student. The album features the film’s original music composed by Lele Marchitelli who has previously scored the director’s The Great Beauty.
