Two new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the adventure drama The Call of the Wild directed by Chris Sanders and starring Harrison Ford, Dan Stevens, Omar Sy, Karen Gillan, Bradley Whitford and Colin Woodel. The film’s original music is composed by John Powell (How to Train Your Dragon, The Bourne Identity, Shrek, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Happy Feet). Hollywood Records/Fox Music have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the supernatural horror movie Brahms: The Boy II directed by William Brent Bell and starring Katie Holmes, Owain Yeoman, Christopher Convery and Ralph Ineson. Brett Detar (The Devil Inside, Wer) has composed the film’s original music. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s next Friday, February 28.
