The show is co-created by Oprah Winfrey & Prince Harry who guide honest discussions about mental health and emotional well-being while opening up about their mental health journeys and struggles. The 5-parter directed by Dawn Porter (The Way I See It, John Lewis: Good Trouble) & Asif Kapadia (The Return, The Warrior) features guests including Lady Gaga, Glenn Close, Phoenix Suns’ Langston Galloway, San Antonio Spurs’ DeMar DeRozan, and others, alongside a wide range of people from across the globe living with the challenges of mental health issues and addressing their emotional well-being.
