Premiering tonight is the AMC original series Dispatches from Elsewhere created by Jason Segel and starring Segel himself, André Benjamin, Sally Field, Octavio Coleman, Richard E. Grant and Eve Lindley. The show’s original music is composed by Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Gone Girl, Watchmen, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Leopold Ross & Claudia Sarne (The Book of Eli, Triple 9, Broken City). Premiering tomorrow, March 2 is the FX original series Breeders created by Simon Blackwell ,Chris Addison & Martin Freeman and starring Freeman himself, Daisy Haggard, George Wakeman, Jayda Eyles, Michael McKean, Joanna Bacon and Alun Armstrong. Oli Julian (Sex Education, Catastrophe, Episodes, Plebs) is composing the show’s original music. H. Scott Salinas Scoring FX’s ‘The Most Dangerous Animal of All’

H. Scott Salinas (A Private War, Cartel Land, The Ballad of Lefty Brown, Warrior) has composed the original score for the new FX docu-series The Most Dangerous Animal of All. The show is based on The New York Times best-selling book of the same name and explores one man’s search for the father who abandoned him, only to uncover the worst: he believes his father is the Zodiac killer, one of the most infamous serial killers in American history. The 4-parter is directed by Kief Davidson (A Lego Brickumentary) who is also executive producing the project with Ross M. Dinerstein (The Innocent Man, 6 Balloons, 1922). Soundtrack for Pixar SparkShorts’ ‘Loop’ Released

Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for Pixar SparkShorts’ Loop. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mark Orton (Nebraska, The Good Girl, My Old Lady) . The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Loop is written and directed by Erica Milsom and features the voices of Madison Bandy, Christiano ‘Chachi’ Delgado and Louis Gonzales. The Pixar Animation Studios production follows a non-verbal, autistic girl and a chatty boy who are partnered on a canoeing trip and must both learn how the other experiences the world. The only movie opening nationwide today is the sci-fi horror movie The Invisible Man written and directed by Leigh Whannell and starring Elisabeth Moss, Aldis Hodge, Storm Reid, Harriet Dyer and Oliver Jackson-Cohen . The film’s original music is composed by Benjamin Wallfisch (It, Shazam!, Blade Runner 2049, Hidden Figures, Annabelle Creation, Lights Out). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score. Opening in limited release is the drama Wendy co-written and directed by Benh Zeitlin (Beasts of the Southern Wild) and stars Devin France, Yashua Mack, Gage Naquin, Gavin Naquin, Ahmad Cage and Krzysztof Meyn. Dan Romer (Maniac, The Good Doctor, Atypical, Beasts of No Nation, Digging for Fire) and Zeitlin have composed the film’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score. Alexander Bornstein to Score Netflix’s ‘Transformers – War for Cybertron: Siege’

Alexander Bornstein (First to the Moon, Paradox, The Last Heist, Black Site Delta) has been hired to score the upcoming Netflix animated series Transformers – War for Cybertron: Siege. The show based on Hasbro’s toy franchise is the first part of a trilogy and begins in the final hours of the devastating civil war between the Autobots and Decepticon. The 6-parter follows two leaders, Optimus Prime and Megatron, as they both want to save their world and unify their people, but only on their own terms. Among the series’ voice cast are Jake Foushee (as Optimus Prime), Jason Marnocha (as Megatron), Linsay Rousseau (as Elita-1), Joe Zieja (as Bumblebee), Frank Todaro, Rafael Goldstein, Keith Silverstein, Todd Haberkorn, Edward Bosco, Bill Rogers, Sophia Isabella, Brook Chalmers, Shawn Hawkins, Kaiser Johnson, Miles Luna and Mark Whitten. Apple TV+’s ‘Amazing Stories’ to Feature Music by Harry Gregson-Williams, Ramin Djawadi, Mark Isham & Others

The full composer line-up of the first episodes of Apple TV+’s reboot of the anthology series Amazing Stories has been revealed. Nicholas Pike (Critters 2, Return to Me, Captain Ron) has scored the first episode, The Cellar (premiering on March 6), directed by Chris Long (The Americans) and starring Victoria Pedretti and Dylan O’Brien. Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Westworld, Iron Man) & Brandon Campbell (Slender Man, The Thinning) have co-scored the second episode, The Heat (premiering on March 13), directed by Sylvain White (Stomp the Yard, The Losers) and starring E’myri Crutchfield, Hailey Kilgore and Shane Paul McGhie. Episode 3, entitled Dynoman and the Volt (premiering on March 20), directed by Susanna Fogel (The Spy Who Dumped Me) and starring Robert Forster & Tyler Crumley  is scored by Noah Sorota (Falling Skies, Jinn). ‘Lamp Life’ Soundtrack Released

Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack EP for the Pixar Animation Studios short Lamp Life . The 4-track EP features the film’s original music composed by Jake Monaco (Let’s Be Cops, Dumplin’, Forky Asks a Question, Like a Boss, Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie, Keeping Up with the Joneses). The soundtrack is now available to stream and download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Lamp Life is directed by Valerie LaPointe and features the voice talent  of Christina Hendricks, Annie Potts and Jim Hanks. The short, which explores what exactly happened to Bo Peep between her separation from Woody to the events in Toy Story 4, premiered last month and is now available to stream exclusively on Disney+. The full details of the soundtrack album for Pixar’s animated feature Onward have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball, Capote, Little Miss Sunshine) and Jeff Danna (The Addams Family, Storks, The Boondock Saints) who have previously scored the studios’ The Good Dinosaur. Also included is the original end credits song Carried Me With You performed by Brandi Carlile who also co-wrote the track with Phil Hanseroth and Tim Hanseroth. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Death Waltz Recording Company will release a soundtrack album for the thriller Blood on Her Name. The album features the film’s original music composed by Will Blair & Brooke Blair (Green Room, Hold the Dark, Black Christmas, The Informer, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, Blue Ruin). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 28 and will be available to stream/download here. Blood on Her Name is co-written and directed by Matthew Pope and stars Bethany Ann Lind, Will Patton and Elisabeth Röhm. The movie revolves around a woman’s decision to cover up an accidental killing that spirals out of control when her conscience demands she return the dead man’s body to his family.
