Opening in theaters nationwide today is the spy thriller The Courier directed byDominic Cooke and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Rachel Brosnahan, Jessie Buckley and Merab Ninidze. The film’s original music is composed by Abel Korzeniowski (A Single Man, Penny Dreadful, Nocturnal Animals, The Nun, W.E., Romeo and Juliet).. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Opening semi-wide in around 550 theaters is the crime thriller City of Lies directed by Brad Furman and starring Johnny Depp, Forest Whitaker, Rockmond Dunbar, Shea Whigham, Xander Berkeley,  Neil Brown Jr., Wynn Everett, Louis Herthum, Toby Huss and Shamier Anderson. Chris Hajian (The Infiltrator, The Take, Woody Woodpecker, Critical Thinking) has composed the film’s original music. No soundtrack album has been announced. English Version of Emile Mosseri’s ‘Rain Song’ from ‘Minari’ Released

Milan Records has released a new English language version of the Oscar-shortlisted original song Rain Song (written by Emile Mosseri) from Lee Isaac Chung’s Academy Award-nominated drama Minari. Visit Amazon or any other major digital music store to stream download/the track, which is now available as a digital single, which also features the original Korean version (with lyrics by Stefanie Hong and vocals by Yeri Han). ‘Wojnarowicz’ Soundtrack Released

World of Wonder Records has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Wojnarowicz. The album includes the music from the film by the New York band 3 Teens Kill 4, which featured the movie’s subject David Wojnarowicz as a member. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Wojnarowicz is directed by Chris McKim and centers on the New York painter/photographer/musician/writer who emerged in the 1980s as an internationally known firebrand. The movie focuses on the fiercely political, unapologetically queer artist who was especially critical of mainstream indifference to AIDS, the epidemic that would take his life at age 37. ‘Bad Trip’ Soundtrack Album Details

Sony Classical will release a soundtrack album for the comedy Bad Trip. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joseph Shirley (The Open House) and Academy Award winner Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther, The Mandalorian, Tenet, Creed, Venom, Community). The soundtrack will be released next Friday, March 26 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Two tracks (Bad Trip Suite & I Saw a Girl Today feat. vocals by Eric André) are already available to stream/download now. Bad Trip is directed by Kitao Sakurai and stars Eric André, Lil Rel Howery, Tiffany Haddish and Michaela Conlin. Varese Sarabande has announced the latest titles in its CD club series, including a new deluxe edition soundtrack for the 2001 thriller Along Came a Spider directed by Lee Tamahori and starring Morgan Freeman, Monica Potter, Michael Wincott, Penelope Ann Miller and Michael Moriarty. The album features the complete original score from the film composed and conducted by Jerry Goldsmith (Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Alien, Chinatown, The Omen, Planet of the Apes, L.A. Confidential, Patton), including almost 30 minutes of previously unreleased music, as well as bonus track of outtakes. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third and fourth season composed by Emmy Award winner Michael Price (Sherlock, Eternal Beauty, Dracula, A Fantastic Fear of Everything, Horrid Henry: The Movie, Wild Target, Just Jim). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Silva Screen Records has previously released two soundtracks featuring the composer’s score from Season 1 & Season 2. Maisie Music Publishing has released a soundtrack EP for the French Netflix original series Dealer (Caïd). The 6-part EP features the songs from the show performed by KID and Ossem. Dealer is based on the 2017 film of the same name by Ange Basterga & Nicolas Lopez and stars Abdramane Diakité, Mohamed Boudouh, Sébastien Houbani, Idir Azougli, Julien Meurice, Abdillah Assoumani, Jean-Toussaint Bernard and Romain Vissol.
