Netflix Music has released the original song P*ssy Don’t Lie from the seventh season of the streamer’s original animated series Big Mouth. The track is co-written (with the show’s composer Mark Rivers) and performed by Megan Thee Stallion and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Netflix Music has released the first soundtrack album for the Turkish Netflix original series The Gift (Atiye). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Sertaç Özgümüş (Persona, Hot Skull, Last Call for Istanbul, Mahkum). The Gift is written by Jason George & Nuran Evren Şit based on a novel by Şengül Boybaş and stars Beren Saat, Mehmet Günsür, Metin Akdülger, Başak Köklükaya, Melisa Şenolsun and Civan Canova. The mystery thriller centers on a painter in Istanbul who embarks on a personal journey as she unearths universal secrets about an Anatolian archaeological site and its link to her past.
‘The Winter King’ Soundtrack Album Released
Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album for the MGM+/ITVX original series The Winter King. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Rob Lane (John Adams, A Discovery of Witches, Merlin, The Damned United, Atlantis, Beowulf) and performed by the Chamber Orchestra of London. Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney+ original series Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The album features selections of the show’s original music, including themes written by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Outlander, The Walking Dead, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Battlestar Galactica) and original score composed by Sparks & Shadows. ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’ Soundtrack Album Details
The full details of the soundtrack album for the superhero movie Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Rupert Gregson-Williams (Wonder Woman, Hacksaw Ridge, The Gilded Age, The Legend of Tarzan, Abominable, Over the Hedge, Hotel Rwanda) who previously composed the music for 2018’s first Aquaman movie. Also included is X Ambassadors’ original song Deep End (already out now as a digital single now). The soundtrack will be released tomorrow, December 22 by WaterTower Music. Vince Pope Scoring HBO’s ‘True Detective: Night Country’
Vince Pope (No Offence, Resistance, Black Mirror: Be Right Back, You & Me, Misfits, Wolfe) has recently scored the upcoming HBO original series True Detective: Night Country. The fourth installment of the anthology series is written and directed by Issa López and stars Jodie Foster, Kali Reis, Fiona Shaw, Isabella Star Lablanc, Finn Bennett, Aka Niviâna, Christopher Eccleston, Anna Lambe, Joel D. Montgrand and John Hawkes. The crime drama follows two detectives investigating the disappearance of the eight men who operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station.

Richard Breakspear (Held, Prey, Night of the Missing) will release a soundtrack album for the Stan original series C*A*U*G*H*T. The album features selections of the composer’s original score from the show and will be released digitally tomorrow, December 20 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Terence Blanchard to Return for National Geographic’s ‘Genius: MLK/X’
Terence Blanchard (BlacKkKlansman, Malcolm X, 25th Hour, The Woman King, Perry Mason, Inside Man, Da 5 Bloods, Red Tails) is returning to score the fourth season of the National Geographic original anthology series Genius. The new season, entitled Genius: MLK/X stars Kelvin Harrison Jr. & Aaron Pierre in the title roles, alongside Weruche Opia, Jayme Lawson and Ron Cephas. The drama focuses on two iconic geniuses – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X – and explores how their dueling philosophies helped usher America through the Civil Rights Movement.
Oli Julian & Nick Foster Scoring Disney+’s ‘Renegade Nell’
Oli Julian (Sex Education, Breeders, The Full Monty, Catastrophe, How to Build a Girl) & Nick Foster (Thunderbirds Are Go, Misha and the Wolves, Greatest Days, In My Skin) have teamed up to score the upcoming British Disney+ original series Renegade Nell.
