The film marks the feature directorial debut of stunt coordinator/stuntman/action designer Mark Vanselow and stars Liam Neeson, Marisa Tomei, Ving Rhames, Michael Chiklis, Marcus Thomas and Maurice Marvel Meredith. The movie tells the story of a war hero who is accused of a crime he didn’t commit and leads law enforcement on a cross-country car chase with the help of his brothers in arms and a sympathetic public rooting for his getaway.

J.J. Abrams to Make Feature Scoring Debut on ‘The Great Beyond’
Variety is reporting that director J.J. Abrams will compose the score for the upcoming sci-fi adventure The Great Beyond. The film is written and directed by Abrams and stars Glen Powell, Jenna Ortega, Emma Mackey, Merritt Wever, Sophie Okonedo and Samuel L. Jackson. No plot details have been announced yet. Abrams is also producing the project with Tommy Gormley. The director has previously composed the main titles themes for the TV shows Alias, Lost, Fringe and Duster.
Volker Bertelmann Scoring Paul Greengrass’ ‘The Uprising’

The film is directed by Josh Greenbaum (Will & Harper, The Short Game) and stars Mel Brooks, Rick Moranis, Bill Pullman, George Wynder & Daphne Zuniga who reprise their roles from Brooks’ 1987 classic (scored by John Morris).
