Robert Lydecker is the new composer of the Fox comedy drama Lethal Weapon. The composer is scoring the show’s second season and follows Josh Kramon & Ben Decter who co-scored the first eight episodes and Tree Adams who composed the music for the rest of the first season. Lethal Weapon is developed Matt Miller (Forever, Chuck) and stars Damon Wayans, Clayne Crawford, Jordana Brewster, Keesha Sharp and Kevin Rahm. Miller is also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television production with Dan Lin (The LEGO Movie, Sherlock Holmes), Jennifer Gwartz (Veronica Mars) and McG (Charlie’s Angels).

Premiering tomorrow, September 19, is the new NBC comedy The Good Place created by Michael Schur (Parks and Recreation) and starring Kristen Bell, Ted Danson, Jameela Jamil, William Jackson Harper, Manny Jacinto and D’Arcy Carden. The show’s original music is composed by David Schwartz (Arrested Development, Northern Exposure, Reaper, Lady Dynamite). Raney Shockne (The To Do List, Anger Management, Queen of the South) is composing the show’s original music. Josh Kramon to Score Fox’s ‘Lethal Weapon’ TV Series
Josh Kramon announced on Twitter that he is composing the music for the upcoming Fox drama Lethal Weapon. The show is created by Matt Miller (Chuck, Human Target) and stars Clayne Crawford, Damon Wayans, Keesha Sharp, Jordana Brewster, Kevin Rahm, Chandler Kinney and Johnathan Fernandez. The show based on Richard Donner & Shane Black’s classic movie franchise starring Mel Gibson & Danny Glover follows the classic cop duo Martin Riggs & Roger Murtaugh as they work a crime-ridden beat in modern-day Los Angeles.
‘Lethal Weapon’ Series Box Set and Expanded ‘Superman Returns’ Soundtrack Announced
La-La Land Records has announced a 8-CD box set for the action comedy series Lethal Weapon directed by Richard Donner and starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover. The albums feature the original scores from all four movies composed by Michael Kamen (Die Hard, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves), Eric Clapton and David Sanborn. The scores for the first three installments have been expanded beyond their original soundtrack albums and the score for Lethal Weapon 4 makes its world premiere on the set. The albums also feature alternate cues, as well as cues that were unused in the final film. Also included are the songs from the films by artists including Sting, Elton John, George Harrison and The Beach Boys.
