Joseph Stephens (Eastbound & Down, Vice Principals, Observe and Report, Flower, Arizona) is the composer of the new HBO Max original series The Sex Lives of College Girls. The show is created by Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project, The Office) & Justin Noble and stars Pauline Chalamet, Amrit Kaur, Reneé Rapp, Alyah Chanelle Scott, Midori Francis, Chris Meyer, Gavin Leatherwood, Ilia Isorelys Paulino, Lauren Spencer and Renika Williams. The comedy follows four college roommates as they arrive at New England’s prestigious Essex College and live out their new, free lives on campus.

Don’t Tell a Soul is written and directed by Alex McAulay and stars Jack Dylan Grazer, Fionn Whitehead, Mena Suvari and Rainn Wilson. The movie follows two teenaged brothers, stealing money to help their sick mom, as they match wits with a troubled security guard who’s trapped in a well.

Joseph Stephens (Observe and Report, Eastbound & Down, Flower, Vice Principals) is the composer of the new Netflix original series Never Have I Ever. The show is created by Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project, Late Night) & Lang Fisher and stars Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Poorna Jagannathan, Richa Moorjani, Lee Rodriguez and Ramona Young. The comedy revolves around an Indian-American teen who wants to go from pariah to popular after a traumatic year, but friends, family and feelings won’t make it easy on her. Kaling and Fisher are also executive producing Universal Television production with Howard Klein (Jessica Jones), David Miner (30 Rock, Parks and Recreation) and Tristram Shapeero (Community, Blunt Talk).

Joseph Stephens (Observe and Report, Eastbound & Down, Flower, Vice Principals) is the composer of the upcoming Amazon original series Upload. The show is created by Greg Daniels (The Office, Parks and Recreation) and stars Robbie Amell, Andy Allo, Allegra Edwards, Zainab Johnson and Kevin Bigley. The sci-fi comedy is set in a technologically advanced future and follows a young app developer who – following a near-death car accident – chooses to be uploaded to her family’s luxurious virtual afterlife. Daniels is also executive producing the Amazon Studios production with Howard Klein (Jessica Jones, The Mindy Project).

Waxwork Records has released a soundtrack album for the HBO original series The Righteous Gemstones. The album features the original score from the show’s first season composed by Joseph Stephens (Observe and Report, Eastbound & Down, Flower, Vice Principals). Also included is the song Misbehavin’ written by Stephens, Danny McBride & Edi Patterson and performed by Aimee-Leigh & Baby Billy, as well as tracks by Heavy Young Heathens and The Math Club. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon Music, where you can also check out audio samples. A vinyl edition is also in the works. The Righteous Gemstones is created by Danny McBride who also stars in the series alongside John Goodman, Edi Patterson, Adam Devine, Cassidy Freeman, Tony Cavalero, Tim Baltz and Greg Alan Williams.

Premiering on Wednesday, August 21, is the Hulu original series This Way Up created by Aisling Bea who also stars in the comedy alongside Sharon Horgan, Aasif Mandvi, Tobias Menzies, Indira Varma, Sorcha Cusack, Chris Geere, Kadiff Kirwan, Ricky Grover and Daniela Spataru. Vince Pope (Misfits, Undercover, Bedlam) is composing the show’s original music. The comedy, which is co-produced by Channel 4, follows a whip-smart English-as-a-foreign language teacher as she is trying to pull her life back together after a nervous breakdown. The comedy will be available to stream stateside exclusively on Hulu.

‘Under the Eiffel Tower’ Soundtrack Details
The Orchard will release a soundtrack album for the romantic comedy Under the Eiffel Tower. The album features the film’s original score composed by Joseph Stephens (Observe and Report, Flower, Eastbound and Down, Vice Principals). Also included are songs by lead actress Judith Godrèche and Noé Boon. The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 15 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Under the Eiffel Tower is co-written and directed by Archie Borders and stars Matt Walsh, Godrèche, Reid Scott, David Wain, Michaela Watkins, Dylan Gelula, Gary Cole and Ary Abittan. The comedy is being released in select theaters this weekend and will also be available on VOD on February 12.
