Christopher Young (Hellraiser, Spider-Man 3, The Hurricane, Sinister, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Shipping News, Drag Me to Hell) has revealed during a recent composer panel hosted by Dread Central that he is currently composing the music for the upcoming horror thriller Abyzou. The film is directed by Oliver Park and stars Nick Blood, Emm Wiseman, Allan Corduner, Paul Kaye, Daniel Ben Zenou and Jodie Jacobs. The film is set in a Hasidic community and follows a family struggling with unresolved trauma which finds itself at the mercy of an ancient demon bent on destroying them from the inside. Warner Classics will release a soundtrack album for the drama Nine Days. The album features the film’s original music composed by Antonio Pinto (City of GodMcFarland, USA, The Mosquito Coast, Lord of WarAmyThe Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, Senna). The film is directed by Michael Lembeck (The Santa Clause 2 & 3, Tooth Fairy) and stars JoJo Siwa (who is contributing six new songs to the project), Tisha Campbell-Martin, Laura Soltis, Julia Marley, Kerrynton Jones and Kiara T. Romero. The movie follows a young girl whose life is turned upside down when her beloved dance coach decides to retire and is replaced by a sparkle-hating instructor. Eydie Faye wrote the screenplay. The film is directed by Anthony Fabian (Louder Than Words, Skin) and stars Lesley Manville, Isabelle Huppert, Jason Isaacs, Lambert Wilson, Lucas Bravo and Alba Baptista. The movie is based on Paul Gallico’s novella and tells the story of a widowed cleaning lady in 1950s London who falls madly in love with a couture Dior dress, and embarks on an adventure to Paris to get one of her own.
