Premiering on Wednesday, November 30, is the Disney+ original series Willow developed by Jonathan Kasdan & Wendy Mericle based on the 1988 feature and starring Warwick Davis, Ruby Cruz, Ellie Bamber, Erin Kellyman, Tony Revolori, Dempsey Bryk, Amar Chadha-Patel and Joanne Whalley. The show’s original music is composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, The Sixth Sense, King Kong, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them) & Xander Rodzinski (Dead for a Dollar, Light & Magic). Premiering on Thursday, December 1, is the HBO Max original movie A Hollywood Christmas directed by Alex Ranarivelo and starring Jessika Van, Josh Swickard, Missi Pyle and Anissa Borrego. Jamie Christopherson (A California Christmas, Running Wild, Perfect Harmony, Bennett’s War, American Wrestler: The Wizard, The Ride) has composed the film’s original music. The romantic comedy, which follows a young filmmaker in Hollywood who has made a name for herself directing Christmas movies and her relationship with a network executive, will be available to stream exclusively on HBO Max.
