Madison Gate Records will release a soundtrack album for the coming-of-age drama Summering. The album features the film’s original music composed by Drum & Lace (Dickinson, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Deadly Illusions, Good Girls, They/Them, Night Teeth). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, August 12 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Summering is co-written and directed by James Ponsoldt and stars Lia Barnett, Madalen Mills, Eden Grace Redfield, Sanai Victoria, Lake Bell, Megan Mullally, Sarah Cooper and Ashley Madekwe. Universal Music will release a soundtrack album for the British heist thriller The Score. The album features the songs from the movie performed by lead actor and singer/songwriter Johnny Flynn, including several original tracks, which he wrote specifically for the film. The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 2 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Limited edition CD and vinyl editions are available to purchase here. La-La Land Records has announced a reissue of the restored and remastered soundtrack album for Steven Spielberg’s 1982 classic E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial starring Henry Thomas, Drew Barrymore and Dee Wallace. The album release, which coincides with the movie’s 40th Anniversary and the theatrical re-release in select IMAX theaters this coming weekend, features the original music from the Universal Studios and Amblin Entertainment production composed by Academy Award winner John Williams (Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Jaws, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone) and includes the same content as the label’s 35th Anniversary Edition from 2017.
