In a Circle Records will release a soundtrack album for the PBS documentary The U.S. and the Holocaust. The album features original music created for the film by artists such as Kinan Azmeh, Shanir Blumenkranz, Dan Brantigan, Mathias Kunzli, Jason Moran, Dana Lyn, Michael Nicholas, Dave Nelson, Gyan Riley, Kyle Sanna and Carmen Staaf, as well as music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Joseph Achron, Ernest Bloch, Carla Kihlstedt, Osvaldo Golijov, Vartaped Komitas and Maurice Ravel. Chris Benstead has recently recorded his score for the upcoming action thriller The Interpreter. The film is directed by Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes, Snatch, Aladdin) and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Dar Salim, Alexander Ludwig, Antony Starr, Bobby Schofield, Jason Wong, Sean Sagar and Emily Beecham. The movie follows a sergeant on his last tour of duty in Afghanistan who is teamed with a local interpreter to survey the region, when their unit is ambushed on patrol.
