Craft Recordings has released a new soundtrack album for the 1966 animated special It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The album features the original session reels of the television special’s music composed by Vince Guaraldi (A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Boy Named Charlie Brown). Previously thought to be lost to time, the new release includes the musical cues as recorded by Vince and crew before they were edited for the special, in show order, as well as a selection of alternate takes.
