Composer Martin Todsharow is reteaming with director Robert Schwentke (Flightplan, The Time Traveler’s Wife) on the upcoming German comedy Seneca – On the Creation of Earthquakes. The film starring John Malkovich, Tom Xander, Louis Hofmann, Geraldine Chaplin, Alexander Fehling, Andrew Koji, Lilith Stangenberg, Mary-Louise Parker & Julian Sands is set in Rome in 65 AD and centers on the relationship between Emperor Nero and his mentor, Philosopher Seneca who accused him of plotting his assassination.

‘Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins’ Soundtrack Album Details
Paramount Music will release the official soundtrack album for the action adventure Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins. The album features the film’s original score composed by Martin Todsharow (The Captain, Tattoo, Desert Flower, Friend Request, Head Full of Honey). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 23 and will be available to stream/download here. A CD version (to be released by La-La Land Records) is also in the works. Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins is directed by Robert Schwentke and stars Henry Golding, Andrew Koji, Úrsula Corberó, Samara Weaving, Haruka Abe, Takehiro Hira and Iko Uwais. The movie tells the original story of the title character as he is welcomed into an ancient Japanese clan called the Arashikage after saving the life of their heir apparent and is being taught the ways of the ninja warrior while also providing something he’s been longing for: a home.
Martin Todsharow to Score Robert Schwentke’s ‘Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins’
Martin Todsharow has been tapped to score the upcoming sci-fi action adventure Snake Eyes. The film is directed by Robert Schwentke (Flightplan, RED, The Time Traveler’s Wife) and stars Henry Golding, Samara Weaving, Haruka Abe, Ursula Corbero, Iko Uwais, Andrew Koji and Takehiro Hira. The G.I. Joe spin-off chronicles the origin story of the title character. Evan Spiliotopoulos (Beauty and the Beast, Hercules) wrote the screenplay. Lorenzo di Bonaventura (Transformers, Bumblebee, The Meg) and Brian Goldner (Ouija: Origin of Evil) are producing the project. Todsharow (Desert Flower, Head Full of Honey) has previously collaborated with Schwentke on all of the director’s German language features, including Tattoo, The Family Jewels and The Captain.
Soundtrack Album for Robert Schwentke’s ‘The Captain’ (‘Der Hauptmann’) Released
Königskinder has released a soundtrack album for the German drama The Captain (Der Hauptmann). The album features the film’s original music composed by Martin Todsharow (Desert Flower, 3096 Days, Atomised). The soundtrack is now available to download overseas. Christophe Beck to Score ‘R.I.P.D.’
Christophe Beck has been tapped to score Universal Pictures’ supernatural action comedy R.I.P.D. The film is directed by Robert Schwentke (Flightplan) and stars Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Bridges, Kevin Bacon and Mary Louise-Parker. The movie based on the graphic novel by Peter Lenkov follows a cop killed in the line of duty who is recruited by a team of undead police officers working for the Rest in Peace Department and tries to find the man who murdered him. Phil Hay & Matt Manfredi (Clash of the Titans) have written the screenplay and Neil H. Moritz (I Am Legend, Fast Five) amd Mike Richardson (Hellboy) are producing the film. Reynolds, David Dobkin (The Wedding Crashers) Keith Goldberg, Jonathon Komack Martin (Tangled) and Ori Marmur (Battle Los Angeles) are among the executive producers of the Dark Horse Entertainment and Original Film production.
