Walt Disney Records has released a digital single for the new theme park attraction TRON Lightcycle / Run. The 2-track single features the ride’s music based on Daft Punk’s TRON: Legacy score, produced and arranged by Joseph Trapanese (The Greatest Showman, Shadow and Bone, Oblivion, Straight Outta Compton, The Witcher) who collaborated with the electronic music duo on their music from the 2010 feature and also composed the score for the animated series TRON: Uprising. ‘Chupa’ Soundtrack Released

Netflix Music has released the full soundtrack album for the streamer’s original film Chupa. The album features the movie’s original score composed by Emmy Award winner Carlos Rafael Rivera (The Queen’s Gambit, Godless, A Walk Among the Tombstones, Hacks, Just Beyond)  Also included is the original song Siempre Volaré (En Tus Sueños) written by Rivera & director Jonás Cuarón and performed by Julieta Venegas (previously released as a digital single last week). Categorical Records will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 2007 comedy drama He Was a Quiet Man written and directed by Frank Cappello and starring Christian Slater, Elisha Cuthbert, William H. Macy, Sascha Knopf, John Gulager and Jamison Jones. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Monk, Carnivale, Appaloosa, The Biggest Little Farm, Rome, Pollock). The full details of the fourth soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the final eight episodes of the show’s second season composed by Kevin Kiner (Star Wars: The Clone Wars & Rebels, Doom Patrol, Narcos: Mexico, Titans, Hell on Wheels, CSI: Miami). The Season 2, Volume 2 (Episodes 9-16) soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 7 by Walt Disney Records and will be available to stream/download here. The first volume featuring Kiner’s score from the the first eight episodes of the second season was released this past February and two albums featuring Kiner’s music from Season 1 were released back in 2021. Star Wars: The Bad Batch is created by Dave Filoni and stars Dee Bradley Baker, Michelle Ang, Noshir Dalal, Rhea Perlman and Wanda Sykes. The details of the soundtrack album for Illumination Entertainment’s animated feature The Super Mario Bros. Movie have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Crazy Rich Asians, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, Yellowstone) with original Nintendo themes written by Koji Kondo. Also included is the song Peaches co-written and performed by Jack Black (as Bowser) and Ali Dee’s version of the Mario Brothers Rap. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, April 7 by Back Lot Music and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. iam8bit will release a CD, vinyl and cassette edition later this year (visit Amazon to pre-order the CD and vinyl versions).
