‘Chad Powers’ Soundtrack Album Details

Hollywood Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Hulu original series Chad Powers. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Natalie Holt (LokiObi-Wan KenobiThe Princess, Knightfall, Journey’s End, Victoria, Herself, Beecham House, Press). The soundtrack will be released digitally this coming Friday, September 26 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. Chad Powers is created by Glen Powell & Michael Waldron and stars Powell in the title role, alongside Perry Mattfeld, Quentin Plair, Frankie A. Rodriguez, Wynn Everett and Steve Zahn. The 6-part comedy follows a hotshot quarterback whose promising college football career was nuked by an unforgivable mistake eight years ago as he tries to resurrect his dreams by disguising himself as a talented oddball who walks on to the struggling South Georgia Catfish. Arista Records has released a second soundtrack album for the Prime Video original series The Runarounds. The album features the content of the original soundtrack, as well as acoustic version of five of the songs from the show written and performed by the titular band. Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the Canadian Netflix limited series Wayward. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Marie-Hélène L. Delorme (Sugar DaddyThe Mother and the Bear). The soundtrack will be released tomorrow, September 25 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Wayward is created by Mae Martin and stars Martin herself, Toni Collette, Sarah Gadon, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Sydney Topliffe and Brandon Jay McLaren. The 8-part thriller follows two students who – after an escape attempt from an academy for “troubled teens” –  join forces with a newly local police officer, unearthing their small town’s dark and deeply rooted secrets. Hippocampus has released a soundtrack album for the French satire The Party’s Over! (Classe moyenne). The album features the film’s original music composed by Clémence Ducreux (Better Days, Enjoy!Se crasher pour exister). The show is created for television by Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells (Deadpool & Wolverine) and features the voices of Elizabeth Olsen, Florence Pugh, Paul Rudd, Tessa Thompson, David Harbour, Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Wyatt Russell, Hailee Steinfeld, Randall Park, Iman Vellani and Dominique Thorne. The 4-parter takes place after the Avengers are overtaken by a zombie plague and follows a desperate group of survivors who discover the key to bringing an end to the super-powered undead. The film is directed by Michelle Garza Cervera (Huesera: The Bone Woman) and stars Maika Monroe, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Raúl Castillo, Mileiah Vega, Martin Starr, Riki Lindhome and Shannon Cochran. The movie is a reimagining of Curtis Hanson’s 1992 feature of the same title (scored by Graeme Revell) and revolves around a nanny who starts to work for a suburban couple, but it soon becomes clear that she’s got a very ulterior motive. The full details of the soundtrack album for the new feature adaptation of the Tony Award-winning stage musical Kiss of the Spider Woman have been revealed. The album features the songs from the film written by John Kander (music) & Fred Ebb (lyrics) and performed by cast members Jennifer Lopez, Tonatiuh, Diego Luna & others. Also included is the film’s score written by composer, arranger, conductor and pianist Sam Davis. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 3 by Lakeshore Records (click here to pre-order ). Two first tracks (Never You & Kiss of the Spider Woman) have already been released as digital singles over the last few weeks. A CD version will be coming out on November 21 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Kiss of the Spider Woman is directed by Bill Condon and also stars Josefina Scaglione, Aline Mayagoitia and Bruno Bichir. The movie follows a political prisoner who shares a cell and forms an unlikely bond with a window dresser convicted of public indecency who recounts the plot of a Hollywood musical starring his favorite silver screen diva. Mark Ronson has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original film Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew. The movie is written and directed by Greta Gerwig (Lady Bird, Little Women) and stars Emma Mackey, Carey Mulligan, David McKenna and Beatrice Campbell. The fantasy adventure is based on the sixth published (and first chronological novel) in C.S.
