Leadingstone has released a soundtrack album for South Korean Netflix original film Mission: Cross. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Hwang Sang Jun, Park Eun Ji, Lee Sang Min, Lee Tae Hyun and Ryu JiYeon. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the romantic drama It Ends with Us directed by Justin Baldoni and starring Blake Lively, Baldoni himself, Jenny Slate, Amy Morton, Brandon Sklenar and Hasan Minhaj. The film’s original music is composed by Rob Simonsen (Deadpool & WolverineGhostbusters: AfterlifeThe Age of Adaline, The Whale, The Way BackFoxcatcher, (500) Days of Summer) & Duncan Blickenstaff  (Hollywood Stargirl,  Alex, Inc., Reboot). Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score today. Also opening wide is the sci-fi action movie Borderlands co-written and directed by Eli Roth and starring Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Edgar Ramírez, Ariana Greenblatt, Florian Munteanu, Gina Gershon and Jamie Lee Curtis. Steve Jablonsky (Transformers, Deepwater Horizon, The IslandDC League of Super-Pets, Ender’s Game, Desperate Housewives, Skyscraper) has composed the film’s original music. Disney announced at the studio’s presentation at D23 today that Nine Inch Nails will compose the music for the upcoming sci-fi sequel Tron: Ares. The film is directed by Joachim Rønning (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil) and stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan and Gillian Anderson. The follow-up to Disney’s 1982 classic Tron (scored by Wendy Carlos) and 2010’s Tron: Legacy (scored by Daft Punk) follows a highly sophisticated Program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings. Michael Giacchino has previewed his theme from Marvel Studios’ upcoming feature The Fantastic Four: First Steps at today’s Music of Marvel Studios panel at D23. The composer has already recorded his theme, which first made its debut at last month’s Comic-Con, prior to principal photography on the film, which just started on July 30 at Pinewood Studios in London. The album features the film’s original score composed by Ash Gibson Greig who previously scored the original 2020 100% Wolf movie, as well as the project’s original songs written by Matt Druery.
