La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 2007 action comedy Hot Fuzz co-written and directed by Edgar Wright and starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost,Timothy Dalton and Jim Broadbent. The album features the expanded and remastered original score from the film composed by David Arnold (Independence Day, Casino Royale, Sherlock, Stargate, Tomorrow Never Dies, Good Omens, Godzilla), including previously unreleased music. Karl Sölve Steven (Come to Daddy, The Justice of Bunny King, Black Hands, The Girl on the Bridge, Bellbird) will release a soundtrack album for the documentary The Subtle Art of Not Giving a #@%!. The album features the composer’s original score from the film, as well as the opening piece Momento Mori by Steven and Mark Perkins (aka Merk). The album features the songs from the show’s first season written by series creators Nic Smal & Lucy Heavens and produced by series composer Brad Breeck. The label has previously released a digital single featuring the theme song written by Heavens, Smal & Breeck earlier this year.
