Premiering in the U.S. on Thursday, October 17, is the British sci-fi series Midwich Cuckoos: Village of the Damned developed by David Farr based on John Wyndham’s classic novel of the same title and starring Keeley Hawes, Max Beesley, Synnøve Karlsen, Samuel West, Cherrelle Skeete, Lara Rossi, Aisling Loftus, Ukweli Roach, Rebekah Staton, Lewis Reeves and Anneika Rose. The show’s original music is composed by Hannah Peel (Rogue Agent, Scoop, Game of Thrones: The Last Watch, Insomnia, The Deceived). Invada Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score when the sci-fi drama premiered in the UK on Sky in 2022. Also premiering in the U.S. on Thursday is the British series Passenger created by Andrew Buchan and starring Wunmi Mosaku, David Threlfall, Rowan Robinson, Jo Hartley, Arian Nik, Barry Sloane, Natalie Gavin, Jack James Ryan and Nico Mirralegro. Keaton Henson (Supernova, Anne Boleyn, Something Better to Come) has composed the show’s original music.
